Question 1

What happens when my team cannot answer a call?

Accepted Answer

RallyLatch’s AI receptionist can answer when your team cannot. If a caller hangs up, they can receive a text back so the conversation has a chance to continue.

Question 2

Does every missed call become a booked job?

Accepted Answer

No. Answering a call or following up by text can help keep a lead moving, but the caller’s needs and next steps determine whether work is booked. RallyLatch does not promise that every call becomes a booked job.

Question 3

What does the RallyLatch service fee cover, and what do I pay separately?

Accepted Answer

RallyLatch’s managed-service fee covers setup, monitoring, and optimization. Your business pays the connected platform provider directly for its platform costs. Those are separate charges; this FAQ does not quote a price.

Question 4

What stays under my control?

Accepted Answer

You keep business judgment in your hands. You can approve outgoing messages, spot-check calls, and review reporting as part of overseeing the service.

Question 5

Who controls the software account and customer relationship?

Accepted Answer

Your business controls its software account and its relationship with customers. RallyLatch provides the managed service through a supported client platform. Live access and execution depend on that platform being connected, configured, and available for the workflows you need.
